Cooking is my passion, so much so that I consider the kitchen my home.
Cooking without too many frills but using good raw materials accompanied by unusual combinations that which surprise, and leave the customer satisfied but at the same time intrigued.
Everything is based on absolute respect for the discipline, taught by "my" Chef par excellence Alan Tomada, who in the 2 years I spent with him passed on to me the bible of cooking and the sense of humanity that those who do this work must have.
My career started with the Michelin star Chef Mauro Elli of the Cantuccio in Albavilla, it is to because of him that I developed a passion for this work: a person who together with his staff taught me what it means to cook and know how to cook at a high level.
Afterwards in Emilia Romagna I was fortunate enough to cook at the Magnolia of Cesenatico, 2 Michelin stars, alongside Alberto Faccani, where I experienced firsthand international haute cuisine as a member of a Michelin star team.
Returning to Lombardy I spent three wonderful years at the renowned Gatto Nero in Cernobbio, then moving on to the amazing challenge of Una Finestra sul Lago, a project I felt was made for me right from my very first day.
Each day looking for new flavours, each day working for better results ... I am looking forward to seeing you soon.
